Welcome to Meow Avenue. By visiting our site and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.

1. About Meow Avenue

This website is operated by Meow Avenue. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Meow Avenue.
By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms:

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
You must not transmit any viruses or harmful code

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of services.

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen
All products are designed for cats and should always be used under supervision

Every product is tried and tested by Meow Avenue’s in-house feline experts before being offered for sale.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods provided by Shopify.

5. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email confirms we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order
Limit quantities purchased per person or per order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-36 hours (we will contact you if there is a delay)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility

Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

7. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items.

To cancel:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Return items within 14 days of cancellation

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

8. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns if:

You have changed your mind within the cooling-off period
The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items
Custom or personalised products (unless faulty)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Meow Avenue and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
