Meow Avenue's Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Meow Avenue. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic UK Shipping Policy Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail by 1st, 2nd class, Tracked 24 or 48.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is to be an expected delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Address labels are (automatically) generated by Royal Mail and we can not take responsibility for incorrect address details.
If you do notice an error please contact Meow Avenue at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will try and amend your details.
Please note all items are packaged in small boxes due to the size and dimensions of the products.
Shipments to USA & Canada, are all sent via tracked shipment via Royal Mail, so both parties can track the whereabouts of the package.
As of 4/7/2021, Meow Avenue has temporarily suspended shipping to the mainland EU.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Meow Avenue does ship to PO Boxes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Meow Avenue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us email@example.com and Royal Mail to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
