My cat loves your toys, but can I change something?

All cats are spoilt and will forever be, but their happiness makes us happy right?!
If you are ever unsure about a product or wish to talk to us about changing something about a certain toy, please DM or email us contact@meowavenue.com and we can arrange something!

What materials do Meow Avenue use?

Depending on the toy, the materials will be stated in the product's information as well as a label sewn into the toy or on the name tag once wrapped.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Absoultely! We love seeing the gifts othersAbsolutely buy and we love to go the extra mile to make it extra special!

Does Meow Avenue Wholesale?

If you are looking to wholesale our current selection of toys, we can recreate our current selection of toys with exclusive material just for you or even create a brand new toy, the sky is the limit!

Why should I buy your products over pet store products?

At Meow Avenue we pride ourselves with creating the purrfect toys, supplying the best treats & accessories for your cat as well as providing the best for us cat lovers.
Every toy you see on our website has been tested by our in house experts to make sure they are the best for your feline. Our toys are made from the highest quality materials sourced from around the UK, as well as our catnip [Meownip] being sourced from our very own specialist, so you won't find this pawsome blend anywhere else!
Now our toys are a lot strong & durable then what you can find in pet stores or other pet toy creators, but they are not indestructible.

Are you shipping internationally?

YES! We ship to our fur friends in the United States & Canada!
All our international shipping is sent tracked, so not only can we follow the updates, but you as well!
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Address labels are (automatically) generated by Royal Mail and we can not take responsibility for incorrect address details.

Can I track my order?

UK customers:

If you have paid for tracked postage, yes you can. If you have only paid for standard first or second class, then there is no tracking number provided until delivery.

International customers:

We only offer tracked shipping to give you (and us) peace of mind of knowing where the package is.

How long will shipping take?

UK Shipping: First and Second Class option

USA & Canada: 5-7 days
Items sent to USA & CAN will be sent tracked.

UK shipping will have delays from time to time and this is something out of our control once we hand over the package to the post office.

International shipping times are only a guideline.

With the on going changes in the world due to the pandemic/recovery international shipping may take longer than usual due to this.

Why don't you ship to Mainland Europe?

As of 4/7/2021 we had to make the decision to stop shipping to mainland Europe, mainly down to Brexit. We haven't closed the door forever on our fur friends in Europe as this is something we are looking to reintroduce real soon!

Pricing & VAT

All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. If you use a different currency to pounds, your bank will handle the money exchange costs.
We are currently not VAT Registered.

I want to return my item

Firstly we want to say we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product(s) and wish to return it.

Order Confirmation/Cancellation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order to confirm, it may land in your spam/junk folder!
If you want to cancel or there is a problem with your Order, please email us as soon as possible.
